FAQ
What does this cost?
We have options for all budgets. We have several tiers based on YOUR needs so the cost would depend on what you need and the level of accountability. Before you join our program we would set up a 1:1 meeting with you to make sure we're a good fit then discuss which option is best for you.
How long is the program?
Our goal is to simply change your life, habits, lifestyle, and get you results. We educate you on how you can achieve sustainable results that last forever. With that said, it doesn't take 30 days. We start every woman off with either 4 or 6 months but you can continue until you feel like you can handle it on your own.
Do I have to exercise every day?
No! We specialize in helping busy women lose weight on THEIR schedule. To get results it's as simple as being consistent. With that said, we help you develop an exercise plan that fits in with your busy life and help you set up a nutrition plan that is flexible.
Will I have access to my program at the end of our time together?
Yes. Everything we do together is yours for the rest of your life. Our mission is to get you results, educate you on how to sustain the results so you don't need to invest in another fitness coach or program.
Do I need access to a gym?
Gym access would be great, but it isn't a requirement. We customized your program based on the equipment you have, or even bodyweight workouts! We can also advise you on which equipment you could buy according to your budget.
I only want help with nutrition / I only want help with workouts. Can we still work together?
No. We have tried partial packages in the past and have found that our clients have the most success when we approach the healthy lifestyle as a whole. However, in our initial call we'll explore your individual needs and find you the program that will work best for you.
