About Pfeifletics

What’s up everyone? I’m Josh, a small town Nebraska guy with 3 younger siblings (2 sisters, one brother) who grew up as the tall and lanky kid weighing just over 100lbs as a freshman in high school. Like most kids I played as many sports as I could, but my first true taste of nutrition was making weight for wrestling. Having been a multi-sport athlete I absorbed the training methods which became the base for Pfeif-letics today.

Following high school I attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln for businesses where I became an official member of the AGS Fraternity. It was through AGS that I was able to make the connections that brought me to my next adventure: Complete Nutrition.

As an employee of Complete, I gained access to people and experience throughout the fitness community. In 2013 I made the move from Reno, NV to Northern California where I met my future coach, Ed White. It was with his guidance that I began training for my first bodybuilding show in WBFF and simultaneously made the jump to buy my own Complete Nutrition in Lawrence, KS, officially bringing me back to the Midwest.

In 2016 I took the leap and stepped on stage doing my first NPC show competing in classic physique. It was following these experiences that I officially stepped into the title of “coach.” Starting small I worked with friends trying various methods of training and nutrition while also training to do 3 more shows in 2018.

When COVID hit I knew it was time to make my ‘side hustle’ my main hustle and here I am! Teaching people how to live their best life in a sustainable way is kind of my ‘thing’...

We start with food. How you fuel your body and understand the way it can work for you is powerful and also so HARD. I take the guesswork out of it, and feed you everything you need on a silver platter. When we add in exercise I focus heavily on volume training utilizing methods like German Volume Training (hello sets and reps) making your muscles leaner and fuller. Turning your health into a lifestyle vs. a short term success.

From day one my goal was simple: share my knowledge and change as many lives as possible. Hearing the stories, making the connections, and watching lives change is something unlike I’ve ever known and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Pfeif-letics may have started as a hobby, but it turned into MY lifestyle and I’m so grateful. If you're ready for YOUR new lifestyle, let's go.
